Workout Wednesday ~ Cardio Killer

Get ready to sweat because this workout will rev up your heart rate in a big way! Get a little bit of strength and core work wrapped up in a whole lot of cardio. It’s a great workout for when you have a little more time to spare and want to majorly kick some cardio bootie!

Warm Up: 5 min easy cardio of your choice.

Workout:

Round 1:

  1. 10min run – alternating 1min easy/1min sprint

  2. 4x through of the following:

  3. Push-ups – 10

  4. Jumping Jacks – 50

  5. Plank – 60s

Round 2:

  1. 10min run – alternating 30s easy/30s sprint

  2. 4x through of the following:

  3. Goblet Squats – 10

  4. High Knees – 50

  5. Plank toe taps – 60s

Round 3:

  1. 10min run – alternating 1 min easy/1 min sprint

  2. 4x through of the following:

  3. V-ups – 10

  4. Mountain Climbers – 50

  5. Plank – 60s
