One-on-one private personal training sessions will improve your fitness and help you achieve your goals on a personalized level. I will create workouts specifically for you to move you toward your individual goals. We will focus on form and safety first and with hard work, you will see results.
Small Group Training is also available for groups looking to train together.
Sessions are 30, 45, 60, and 90 minutes.
Food is medicine and your body performs the best when you hydrate and provide it with the nutrients it needs. Instead of dieting, let's gradually create smaller realistic goals to begin eating healthier.
Nutrition sessions are 30 or 45 minutes.
We will discuss how and what you are eating and go over the basics of food and nutrition. We will discuss your food preferences to create healthy meals, grocery lists, portion sizes, and tailor the plan according to your needs.
This will be an ongoing process where you will receive weekly feedback and suggestions based on the food you will be logging daily.
I believe in building a culture of health at work and can provide you with the tools to encourage your employees to make small changes. Even small changes can have a big impact!
Wellness Seminars and Learning Lunches
I will lead a discussion regarding common lifestyle challenges: stress, sleep, exercise, diet, support, and connection, and how this affects your health.
Group Fitness Classes
I provide a variety of formats from stretching & meditation classes up to HIIT and Tabata depending on your needs. Due to current circumstances, classes will be provided virtually.
Group Transformation Program
I have created a 6-week holistic health transformation program that creates community, team-building and personal growth, and development.
As your Accountability Coach, I can help you with motivation and support you as you journey towards any goal. I am here to coach you, cheer you on, motivate you, hold you accountable, and encourage you! I provide three options for accountability and support:
Level 1- Building Blocks Buddy
Level 2- Core Commitment Companion
Level 3- All Access Accountability
I will individualize the accountability plan to your needs and goals. We will work together and I will be there for you every step of the way.
Mind Body Transformation Challenge
This 6-week reset will help you learn more about mindfulness, your nutrition and fitness habits and take your health to the next level.
What's unique about this reset is that it includes 3 optional mental health sessions in order to maximize your experience and have additional support as creating new habits can be challenging.
