Kacie Harrington is a holistic fitness and health advocate/coach. She works with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and health goals. Kacie is a NASM certified personal trainer, pre/postnatal coach, group training specialist, and corrective exercise specialist. She also is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher and certified in TRX suspension training and spinning through MADD Dog Athletics.
Kacie received her bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences from Cornell University and worked for the university managing food studies and teaching dietetic students how to cook. Her passion for food and fitness allows her to work with groups and individuals to achieve their wellness goals. She loves teaching group fitness and you won’t want to miss her high energy and form cues.
Kacie created Get Fit For It to bring all her interests together into a company that represents her beliefs and provides an array of services. Get Fit For It is designed to help bring health to individuals, groups, and companies through fitness programming and nutrition/wellness education and coaching.
