FITNESS COACHING

One-on-one private personal training sessions will improve your fitness and help you achieve your goals on a personalized level. I will create workouts specifically for you to move you toward your individual goals. We will focus on form and safety first and with hard work, you will see results.

 

I am a certified pre & postnatal coach offering one-on-one and small group training programs to help women through their pregnancy as well as through the recovery and rebuilding phases after birth to get them where they want to go. 

 

Small Group Training is also available for groups looking to train together. 

 

Sessions are  30, 45 & 60 minutes.

Monthly Online Fitness Coaching is also an option for those that want professionally designed workouts to do on their own with weekly/monthly feedback from their coach.  

NUTRITION COACHING

Food is medicine and your body performs the best when you hydrate and provide it with the nutrients it needs. Instead of dieting, let's gradually create smaller realistic goals to begin eating healthier.

1-on-1 Nutrition Sessions  

We will discuss how and what you are eating and go over the basics of food and nutrition. We will discuss your food preferences to create healthy meals, grocery lists, portion sizes, and tailor the plan according to your needs.

 

 

 

 

Nutrition Coaching

This will be an ongoing process where you will receive weekly feedback and suggestions based on the food you will be logging daily.

CORPORATE WELLNESS

I believe in building a culture of health at work and can provide you with the tools to encourage your employees to make small changes. Even small changes can have a big impact!

Wellness Seminars and Learning Lunches

I will lead a discussion regarding common lifestyle challenges: stress, sleep, exercise, diet, support, and connection, and how this affects your health.

Group Fitness Classes

I provide a variety of formats from stretching & meditation classes up to HIIT and Tabata depending on your needs. Due to current circumstances, classes will be provided virtually.

Group Transformation Program

I have created a 6-week holistic health transformation program that creates community, team-building and personal growth, and development.

COACHING

As your Accountability Coach, I can help you with motivation and support you as you journey towards any goal. I am here to coach you, cheer you on, motivate you, hold you accountable, and encourage you! I provide three options for accountability and support:

Level 1- Building Blocks Buddy ​

Level 2- Core Commitment Companion

Level 3- All Access Accountability  

 

I will individualize the accountability plan to your needs and goals. We will work together and I will be there for you every step of the way.

The Mind Body Transformation Collective

These programs are designed to help you learn more about mindfulness, your nutrition and fitness habits and take your health to the next level.Currently our programs consist of a 10-day detox, 6-week transformation or a self-guided 2-week burn. Depending on the type of reset and growth you are looking for, we have the answers. Stay tuned for live dates or have your own private group finding 6+people to sign up together any time you want.

MENTAL HEALTH WELLNESS

I believe our mental health is just as important as our physical health and so I have cultivated relationships with professionals in the mental health field to offer you referrals and special rates. We currently do not take insurance.

Kc's Stick With It
12-week Fitness Program 

I know how hard it can be to workout with me so I have created a program to keep you on track while I am on leave. I have provided a workout schedule with written workouts as well as recorded myself doing each of the workouts for you to follow along. The workouts are designed to be short but effective. Feel free to do them all or just focus in on your favorites. This program is designed for anyone including modifications for my prenatal population. It is the perfect way to stick with it and see results without our llive 1-on-1 time. Bonus - I have one video where my toddler tries to teach... Can you tell me which one it is?
