Meet the trainers!

Kacie Harrington

Trainer-KacieKacie is a dietetic technician, aspiring chef, NASM certified personal trainer, spinning instructor and avid athlete.  She has competed in numerous Tough Mudders, the Warrior Dash, two GORUCK challenges and several running events including a marathon.

Her interest in food and fitness began at an early age and led her to Cornell where she majored in Nutritional Science and both worked and studied in the School of Hotel Administration.  Along the way she discovered that her greatest joy was helping others develop new and creative ways to challenge both body and mind in order to meet their fitness goals. She believes that working out should be an enjoyable experience that leaves you feeling empowered, strong and eager for the next session. Her philosophy of healthy eating maintains an appreciation for good nutrition without compromising quality or taste. She incorporates all her culinary expertise – from the importance of presentation to the nutritional value of each food in supporting her training clients.

Kacie embraces a “no limits” approach to training, believing that when body, mind and spirit are aligned, dreams and goals become reality. Kacie is ready to help you get fit for it!
